Both things are done sequentially, so if one would skip then so should the other.
If Wallpaper Engine wouldn't be able to keep up, then the wallpaper itself would have the same issue. The FPS for the LEDs is already locked to 30 max anyway, you'll have to try lower FPS to see any difference. The playback rate really shouldn't have any effects on this, perhaps it looks that way because it coincidentally matches up. Originally posted by JELL-O:Any news Devs?
